Professor Dr. S.M. Lutfor Rahman is a distinguished Pulmonologist, Asthma, Allergy, and Sleep Medicine Specialist in Dhaka. With an MBBS from Sheer‑E‑Bangla Medical College, Barisal (1989), and an FCPS in Pulmonology, he received a WHO fellowship for training in Respiratory Medicine at the University of Toronto (2002). His career includes senior roles at Dhaka Medical College, NIDCH, and as a retired Professor of Respiratory Medicine at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College & Hospital, where he led the department.
