What is CloudRx?

CloudRx is a complete cloud-based prescription management and appointment booking platform designed for doctors and private practices. It helps you write digital prescriptions, manage patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing — all from one place.

Is CloudRx free to use?

CloudRx offers flexible subscription plans to fit your needs. You can choose from monthly or yearly packages based on the features you require. Visit our Pricing page for detailed plan information.

Can I access CloudRx from any device?

Yes! CloudRx is fully cloud-based. You can access it from any device with an internet connection — desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Your data syncs in real-time across all your devices.

Is my patient data safe with CloudRx?

Absolutely. We take data security very seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. We follow industry best practices for data protection and comply with applicable data protection regulations. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I add a new patient?

Adding a patient is simple — just click "New Patient" from your dashboard, fill in the basic details like name, age, gender, and contact information, and save. You can also import existing patient data.

Can I customize my prescription template?

Yes. You can add your chamber logo, contact details, qualifications, and customize the layout. Your prescription will look professional with your own branding.

Does CloudRx support Bangla prescription writing?

Yes! You can write prescriptions in both English and Bangla. The platform supports Unicode Bangla text input throughout the prescription form.

How does appointment scheduling work?

CloudRx includes a built-in appointment system. You can create appointment slots, patients can book online via a shareable link, and you can manage your daily schedule from the dashboard.

Can I search for drugs and dosages while prescribing?

Yes. CloudRx has a comprehensive drug database with brand names, generics, strengths, and manufacturers. As you type, smart autocomplete suggests matching drugs instantly. You can also set your favorite frequency/dose templates for faster prescribing.

What about investigation and diagnosis suggestions?

CloudRx includes ICD-10/ICD-11 diagnosis codes with smart search. You can also search and add investigations (lab tests, imaging, etc.) directly from the prescription form.

Can I print prescriptions directly?

Yes. You can print prescriptions on any standard printer. CloudRx also supports thermal printers for smaller prescription slips. Each prescription includes a QR code for patients to verify authenticity online.

How does billing and payment work?

CloudRx supports online payments through bKash and other gateways. You can generate invoices, track payments, and manage your billing from the dashboard. Patients can pay online via a secure payment link.

What happens if I need help?

We offer email and phone support for all subscribers. Visit our Support page or Contact us directly. We typically respond within a few hours.

Can I migrate my existing patient data to CloudRx?

Yes. We provide tools to import existing patient records. Contact our support team and we'll help you migrate your data smoothly.

Does CloudRx use Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

Yes. CloudRx uses AI to assist with smart diagnosis suggestions, drug interaction checks, prescription summaries, and more. Our AI helps you work faster and more accurately while reducing manual effort.

How does CloudRx protect patient data when using AI?

Patient privacy is our top priority. Before any data is sent to our AI systems, all sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) — such as patient names, phone numbers, addresses, and unique identifiers — is automatically stripped and anonymized locally on our servers. Only de-identified clinical text (symptoms, diagnoses, medications) is processed by the AI. This means the AI never sees who the patient is, ensuring full confidentiality while still delivering intelligent suggestions.

Where is my data processed and stored?

All patient records, prescriptions, and practice data are stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. AI processing happens on isolated, secure infrastructure. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Your data belongs to you and your patients — always.

Do you offer training for new users?

Yes. We provide onboarding assistance and documentation to help you and your staff get started quickly. Our interface is designed to be intuitive, but we're always available if you need a walkthrough.
