Born in Rangpur in 1953, he graduated from Rangpur Medical College in 1977 and achieved top honors with his DDV diploma in 1984. His career began as an Assistant Surgeon at Rangpur Medical College Hospital, building a strong foundation for his future contributions to skin health in South Asia.
