He completed his MBBS at Dhaka Medical College (DMC) and earned an M.Phil from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU). As former Director and Professor of Oncology at Labaid Cancer Hospital & Super Speciality Center, he has played a pivotal role in elevating cancer care standards across the nation. Dr. Hussain also serves as a visiting professor at the National Cancer Center Graduate School of Cancer Science and Policy in Seoul, Korea, where he actively contributes to global oncology research and education.
